We believe that by using technology, people can prepare themselves, avoid dangerous areas, given them a few days maybe even up to a week of time to know when dangerous is coming, how much damage it will costs, how much it would be required for repair and various details, thus they can then make educated judgement to reduce damage to the minimum.
